CONECTA has cutting-edge technology for networking, which facilitates constant communication and teamwork.

CONECTA has:

Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI), with 50 booths and state-of-the-art technology (automatic dialling, supervision and remote listening, etc...).

Focus Group rooms, with adjoining rooms to view through a one-way mirror, and CCTV.

Laptops and Tablet PCs for computer-assisted personal interviews (CAPI).

CATI SMART (CS): Our own software to supervise and control the interviewing quality by monitoring remotely.

.CATI SMART includes a CCS Client module, so that our clients can comfortably follow the development of the interviews live, both audio and video, without having to move from their offices.

At CONECTA we have a programming platform and programmers who are able to develop the most demanding questionnaires (trade-off, interactive questionnaires, etc.), the most complex analyses as well as market models and simulators.
