CATI
SMART (CS):
Our own software to supervise and control the interviewing quality by
monitoring remotely.

SMART includes a CCS Client module, so that our clients can comfortably
follow the development of the interviews live, both audio and video,
without having to move from their offices.
At
CONECTA we have a programming platform and programmers who are able
to develop the most demanding questionnaires (trade-off, interactive
questionnaires, etc.), the most complex analyses as well as market models
and simulators.
