The work carried out by our interviewers and the agencies that collaborate with CONECTA undergoes a strict and scrupulous supervision process and quality control, which is carried out by the supervisory team from the main offices in Madrid.
CONECTA works in accordance with the AENOR quality standards (UNE-EN-ISO 9000:2005 'Quality Management Systems' and UNE-ISO 20252:2006 'Market, opinion and social research').
CONECTA works in accordance with the ESOMAR quality standards and the directors belong to ESOMAR and the Spanish organisation AEDEMO.
